Best City Nails

I just got my nails done for the first time here after hearing lots of great things. me & my friend went & i was charged $80 for simple nails & my other friend who goes there was charged 70 for her nails which had way more designs, etc. they aren’t true with their prices on their website at all. they cut my friends finger, it was bleeding very bad & the lady continued putting products on the cut while it was bleeding & burning. never going back

I've given this salon so many tries. Half my visits were fine, while the other half were so disappointing especially given the cost of their nail services. One time, I chose one of the most expensive pedicure services and the salon tech didn't provide me the entire service (she left out the stone massage and wax bags). Another time my polish (gel) chipped 3 days later. My most recent visit i was a walk in and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I sat in a pedi seat for over 30 minutes. Nobody checked on me or offered a water or even menu of services while I waited. Then someone came in after me and they went to them next. This person maybe had an appointment but they could have provided me with an updated wait time rather than blatantly ignoring me. Unfortunately this seems to be th

My first manicure here was a painful experience I’ve never had elsewhere. My nails were ground down very thin to the point it got hot and the tech pressed her nails into my nail beds to separate the gel which hurt and felt unsanitary. I also felt scolded for not sharing I wanted builder on when booking and for having my nails done elsewhere prior. The builder was put on, then a majority taken off. I will say in fairness it seemed other guests had a better experience with their techs.

I had such a wonderful experience at Best City Nails! Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and my nail technician made sure every detail was perfect. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon!
