MUST READ!!! Very disappointed with the quality and service I got from Ken; not to mention the price! On Friday June 25, I came in to get a full set with Ken. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (see picture) he said it would be $65. I asked him if he had time and he said yes. From the beginning he was rushing me and when I would ask him a question (while doing my nails) about the style, shape, color, or anything he would say “I don’t know, you decide, I don’t have time”. I tried been friendly with him, smile, and be kind but inside I was feeling bad because of how he was acting with me. He even got upset when I told him 2 of the nails ( on each hand) needed to be matte. He saw the picture so he should’ve known that they were matte nail polish. The art work looked like a kindergarten

Used to love it. Now they cut me. The water smells like sewage. I’m now worried I will leave with an infection. Lady doing my pedicure was looking around while cutting my cuticles. $70 for this BTW.
