Best braids Atlanta

I’ve been to Best Braids in Hiram twice within the last couple of months for the exact same matural hair braids. The first visit was $75, and I even left a tip. When I returned recently, I was quoted $85 for the same service with no explanation for the increase. It also felt as though the tip had already been included in the price, which wasn’t communicated. Especially since I am a loyal client once I find a stylist I like and who fits my schedule, I value honesty and consistency. This experience was disappointing, and while the location is convenient, I prefer to support businesses that are transparent about their pricing, and don't change based on their mood for the day.

This is my first time here and I am over the moon pleased with everything. I got my hair washed and crochet braids. The service is top notch. I was exceptional pleased with Ieasha. I witnessed a young client only wanting Ieasha to do her hair. Sge was willing to wait for her only. That made me so happy. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Horrible execution of Boho braids. If you want to waste $300, then this is the place for you. I sent the photos to the owner as she took my cash payment and left before the Braiders were finished. I had to immediately take the hair out because it was so heavy and painful. She said come back to have it fixed. I reiterated I took the braids out, plus I am a flight attendant and could not return the next day. When I asked for half my money back, not even all of it, she stopped responding to my text messages. Sometimes things happen but as business owner, your goal should be to make it right with the customer. I see why some people act a fool and crash out on people but I wasn’t raised that way. Karma is real. The universe will make corrections as necessary.

I’m not sure how this establishment received anything less than a 5 star review! Honey when I tell you Iesha and the other young lady had me in and out in two hours I was so confused because it’s been years that I’ve had locs and I didn’t know what to expect with the time. I brought all my books and study material with me thinking I’d be there for HOURS. Honey I looked up and they are halfway done with my hair in 1 hour! Iesha has the most gentle hands and I am TENDER HEADED! So sweet very professional! My husband had to come in and personally see who got me all the way together. I will definitely be returning.

Chana and Hasso are the absolute best!!! Every time I have went when these ladies have done my hair it’s been the absolute best! Ive been going since 2023! Very pleasant and professional they want to make sure that you love your hair. Book your appointment!!
