I just got my hair done for the first time in this salon and let me see I was so happy with the results. Not only did she said the process on getting it lighter, but she also made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back for my touch up. Truly a amazing experience.

Got my hair done for the first time yesterday, incredibly impressed. Was nervous as my usual stylist was clear across the country now and it has been almost a year since getting my roots done. The problem with platinum and silver bleaching is the high risk of hair breakage and if it’s not done right, could leave it fried for several months. Staff were very knowledgeable and confident, was even more pleased with the final outcome than my last visit to usual salon! Enjoyed complimentary coffee as the process took about 4 hours. Can’t thank them enough for such an incredible experience. Definitely recommend for those wanting something fun or unusual with color options.

I was in yesterday for a hair cut and color. I’m having mixed feelings about it. I think my hair looks great but right after she cut it she cut my eyebrows and I was startled but I was too shocked to say anything. No one has ever just cut my eyebrows off without asking. I just ignored it and went home I figured it was fine but when I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were basically gone. So I’m pretty upset, needless to say I will not be back. Which is unfortunate because I did like my hair. I think the lady who did that should’ve asked if I wanted that. I shape my own eye brows and I’m deeply upset by how they look and I know they are going to take a long time to grow back.
