I went in to Irma’s Beauty Salon looking for a change as I had rarely done anything to my hair after the pandemic. I was very pleased with both the services Irma and Bertha provided. They ensured to time the process correctly as I requested highlights and a layered haircut. They both kept checking In with me regularly. I am beyond thrilled with my new look. I highly recommend checking them out!

Bertha is the best! It was so hard to find a salon that does perms. She was very meticulous and careful with each hair strand, making sure not to leave a single piece out. She spent quite a long time working on my hair, to make sure it turned out perfectly. While the chemicals were in my hair, she kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing OK. She is very hard-working and definitely provides the best service I have probably ever received at a salon. She is very sweet and genuine. I have received many compliments on my hair. The majority of people ask me if my hair is naturally curly even though they have ever only known me with straight hair. She did such a good job that my hair looks like it is naturally curly.

Bertha did a great job on my blowout and curls. She’s just moved to the Phenix salon suites, and is still settling in to the space. She spent a lot of time and was able to do exactly what I had pictured. Very fairly priced. And so sweet!

I am from out of State for over two months while my husband is doing therapy at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. I needed to have my roots colored. I picked Irma's salon because it was near by, but am very pleased as Bertha did a great job matching my color, then blow drying my hair. Bertha and Irma were SO nice.
