Bernade Hair Braiding

I got my hair done here twice! First was knotless braids and the second was a style I wanted to try. Honestly I had no complain. I paid 160$ for knotless hair with hair included and I left 20.00 tip My second style was with a sew in and it was 180. Even though the sew in coulda been a little better I still enjoyed my hairstyle. I had my knotless in for 2 months I will definitely return again

I got medium large box braids that is already looking like it’s ready to come out . The lady who did my hair was unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t want to do my hair in the first place. She did an ok job, I braid hair from the time I got out her chair I knew the work she had done was not worth $155 and I have a $5 tip . I reached out to figure what they can do for me, I was told I would get a call ? Nothing but they all swear they’re so holy . I now have to take my braids out because it looks like I had them in for months and I got them done 2 weeks ago . WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

I changed my rating based on my experience with this shop within the 5 year I’ve went to them. First time & third time was okay but it’s seem that the experience has gotten worse. My braids were not done professionally & I’ve gotten attitude from the braiders when I point something out or ask it to be done over. I reached out to the owner for the third experience to have the cornrows fixed & she never got back to me. Then, you can sense they are talking about you in their language. They don’t want to fix their mistakes or give you a good experience. They just want the money. Not good business

I booked with the owner,when I got to my appointment ,she was not there, she asked another braider to do my hair. I already talked to her on the phone about the style.I wanted and price, the braider was rude, the price changed because I asked for smaller parts. the hair she used did not match the style I wanted. due to I have took the time off work. I was feeling good about getting my hair done. I have contacted the owner via text, sent pictures. No responsibility was taken for client care or concerns. I’m not expecting anything for free, just expecting for what I paid for. I work for every dollar I spent. lesson learned. My Birthday hair experience was a disater.
