Rating: 8/10 Booked a 60-minute couples bodywork session (includes hot stones) and overall it was definitely worth it. Reservation through the website was seamless and easy — big plus. When we arrived there was a short wait, but it wasn't much It actually felt reassuring because multiple sessions were wrapping up and guests were coming out super relaxed and giving great feedback. What we got: 60-min Couples Bodywork with Hot Stones — $110 Added essential oils — $10 each Total: $130 Massage quality was strong, pressure was good, and the hot stones were a nice add-on. Good value for a couples session and a smooth overall experience. Good for: Easy booking, couples massage value, consistent service

Had an excellent foot reflexology massage here. The therapist was great, used very strong pressure which is exactly what I like, and he went through every single area and even finished with hot stones. Felt great afterwards. Haven't had this great of a foot massage since my last trip to Asia. Will definitely be coming back.

I went for a couples massage 90 minutes total with my partner today and as we approached the front desk I said hello and said my appointment time. We were told to have a seat. There was a sign in front that they’re not accepting credit cards at this time cash only. The total cost for the massage was $170 it was with hot stones. When the massage began my partner and I felt like the pressure was way too rough and intense it felt like being pressed into the table beneath us. They asked us about the pressure if it was okay and we said softer it’s too rough. My partner told the girl that massaged him 5 times and he said it was still too rough and didn’t make a difference. We didn’t like the first 30-40 minutes of the massage the towel was on top of us and they didn’t start touching our skin yet

This was my 5th time at Bergen Spa and each time gets better and better. It is my favorite place to get a massage in NY. The prices are incredibly affordable and everything is extremely clean. I'm so happy I found them!

I worked across the street for a couple of weeks and went 4 times while in town… so that should be all I need to say! I got a foot / back massage combo each time and it was truly incredible. The price was beyond reasonable and everyone was so professional and kind. The space was extremely clean and the host was the best! I felt so taken care of. I can’t wait to come back to Brooklyn just for 64 Bergen Spa! I highly recommend.
