Benevolyn Kai Esthetics

I found Benevolyn Kai via instagram and did some research on her service and even found an article posted by the city of Cincinnati on her skills and vision for her business. Upon setting up my appointment, I was very detailed with the type of experience I’ve had with my previous esthetician and what I was looking for moving forward. Long story short, I’m very satisfied with the service Benevolyn provided. I loved how she was curious about my skin, what products I’m using, what results I’m looking for, etc. she talked me through the entire session explaining each step and why it’s good for my skin. I look forward to working with her more in the future for maintenance and eventually advanced treatment. 😊

She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable, especially since I was hesitant about trying anything on my face. Benevolyn is a professional and welcoming. This was my first time receiving services and the minute I walked in she was a friendly face and welcomed me right on in. She explained in details all of her steps for my facial and she did everything she said she was going to do. She is so knowledgeable and provided me great tips to achieve the skin I'm looking for. I would highly recommend her and I'm definitely going every 4-6 weeks to receive her exceptional services. My skin was flawless after she did her work.

The atmosphere is as warm & inviting as the owner Benevolyn. The service I received (eyebrow waxing) was top tier. I'm looking forward to adding on additional services. Looks like I've found my new place for all my aesthetician needs🙂
