Esperanza always does an awesome job. I always look forward to my next appointment. She is attentive and detail oriented. She always makes sure my brows look perfect and asks if i need anything else before I leave. She is also a makeup expert. Ulta, smart choice in hiring her. I had my brows waxed by Esperanza recently. Esperanza walked me through and explained everything, so it made my first time getting my brows waxed go really smooth. I was pleasantly surprised that they also offer an eye and nose mask included in the service. I will definitely be going back to her!
