Dian was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable. She was precise and paid close attention to detail. It’s taken a few years to find someone locally who can wax and shape my brows how I want them, and she NAILED IT! The process was relatively painless and my redness was minimum. During my service she also added under eye masks that were amazing and afterward helped me find them in store. Not only was her service outstanding but she was also very personable and social. Her customer service skills were top notch .I would give 10 stars if I could! I will absolutely be back to see her!

I went to get my eyebrows done today and met Shanika for the first time. First of all she’s overall just amazing! Secondly, she is so good at her job. I’m pretty sure Shanika never meets a stranger and she does an amazing job at making her clients laugh and feel completely at ease while transforming them into their most amazing selves. I definitely recommend her, for her amazing brow artistry skills and conversation!

Dian did a WONDERFUL job on my brows. I haven’t had my brows professionally touched since before Hurricane Michael, and I’m very picky with who does them. Dian is professional, personable and bubbly, and talented at her craft. I’ve never had my brows laminated before, so when I asked Dian if she could do it she made sure to walk me through the whole process, as well as explain the aftercare thoroughly. My brows have never looked better and are so much easier to do in the morning now. I highly recommend Dian at Ulta for all brow needs!

I had my eyebrows tinted today, and they look so good! Shanika is so friendly and did a wonderful job, I’m very pleased. Thank you for such outstanding customer service, and I’ll definitely be using her in the future! 🙏
