Just had my second appointment with Jada and the best experience both times. Jada knows what he is doing and is professional and has the best customer service. He always acknowledged clusters as they shopping benefit products and helped others directing them to where they are wanting service. I was so impressed and appreciated the time Jada spent on my brows with shaping and tinting them. If you are looking for a professional go to Jada! Also I love the product Jada suggested. Definitely a win for Ulta Beauty when they hired Jada.

I haven’t had my brows done forever because I don’t trust anyone to get them right but Jada is amazing. I had like grandpa brows really long. He made them look beautiful and he is such a fun, nice guy! Definitely will use him regularly to keep my brows, looking beautiful and trimmed.

**update - I also received services from Stephanie and she was also great! Had a wonderful experience. Very friendly and my brows look great! Kim did a wonderful job! She was quick and confident in her abilities. I love the way my brows came out! Will be back again soon!

Arabia was awesome! She was very friendly, professional and just so pleasant to be around. I had her clean up my brows which are tattooed. All I can say is that her brow work is top notch. I’ve been fooling around going here and there trying to find someone to keep them fresh and completely forgot about Ulta…not anymore…Arabia just gained a new client.
