Melanie is absolutely amazing!!! She is professional and incredibly nice. She really takes her time mapping out your new brows and is very accommodating to any changes you’d like. This was seriously the least painful eyebrow wax I’ve ever had done. She is very gentle and left with no red marks or irritation! Thank you so much for the beautiful brows! :)

My first time getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted and I was a little nervous. Melanie does such a wonderful job explaining every product and procedure she is going to do before she even does it. She makes sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am more than satisfied with my brows and am on her book to come back in another 5 weeks! Will recommend to all of my friends and family!

Update: Now I can get my brows laminated at Ulta at the Benefit Brow Bar! Melanie continues to keep my brows looking amazing! She went over each step and showed me how my brows would look along the way to ensure I was happy with the end results. She explained my aftercare so well that I am confident my brows will continue to look amazing at home.
