Nina was great! Very knowledgeable and so sweet! She wasn’t pushy and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. . My brows are thin and I hadn’t had them done in forever. We decided to tint them, she assured me that they wouldn’t be too dark (which has happened to me in the past with others.) She was right and the color and shape came out perfectly. My brows look amazing!! Definitely recommend her!! Thank you Nina!!💕

I had the best experience at Benefit Brow with Diya! She did my brow lamination and lash lift, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was so sweet, made me feel comfortable and the whole process was quick and easy. Diya took the time to explain aftercare, recommended the right products and really knew what she was doing. My brows have never looked better, highly highly recommend her!!! Every month I want to get my brows done now, I go to her and only her.

**UPDATED: Benefit is going to refund me, which is all that I need to change my rating to 5 stars bc I've always been very happy with the services here. Brow service was great. No complaints. But the spray tan: the gun wasn't working properly, so she took it apart and fixed it. However, almost 6 hours later (I'm waiting another 2-4 for it to develop) and I have barely any color. I don't think the gun was properly spraying and I will now be heading on a beach trip with basically no tan after paying $60. I've gotten sprayed here before and left with an IMMEDIATE tan that was almost insanely brown, knowing it would rinse off later. However I'm still pale.

I stumbled into the shop on my work break just to look. I was quickly assisted by Mackayla. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, she really helped me find the PERFECT foundation shade. By her customer service I wounded up purchasing the new foundation with a new lipstick. She has a great eye for color shade! Thank you Mackayla keep up the great work!
