First off I only changed dentists for one reason, insurance requirements. I went in for what I thought was a normal cleaning. The new office took all the x-rays then Dr. Kaseff came in to talk with me and review the x-rays. I will say he has good bedside manners but had I known this visit would be just a bill for x-rays and a consultation only I would not have gone. I ended up having to pay out of pocket on this visit and had it been for a cleaning it would have been covered. I would suggest asking prior to your visit that the services you seek to make sure they will be done that day or you will have to reschedule to come back in for a simple thing as a cleaning.

The staff at Gentle Dentistry are always professional and friendly. The office has a very calm and relaxing feel to which puts you at ease from the beginning. Their staff are always helpful and willing to answer my questions and never seem rushed. They mean it when they say they are gentle. Since I have been a patient of theirs, I have never had a painful or unpleasant visit to the dentist!

When it was time for me to have my first filling done here I had some concerns. I had a bad experience with composite "tooth colored" fillings in the past with my previous dentist. Dr. Kaseff assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. He explained that the probability of sensitivity after a filling was very low with his practice. He was confident in his technique and rightfully so. After the filling was finished I noticed that it was not sensitive and it felt much better than I remembered with my last dentist.

Excellent dentist and a great and friendly staff. The office manager was very professional and knowledgeable. 5 star rating!
