Belíssima Salon & Gui Pivotto Keratine Straightening treatment

Bad service I made an appointment with a professional hair dresser and last minute she said a student was going to see me. Instead of using 🇧🇷 keratin, she used a hair straightener cream and ironed my hair. My hair was so stiff after that. Such bad experience.🫣The price was even crazy. I had to pay that student more than 100$. Never got a refund.

I spoke up twice about my hair not looking right before breaking down into tears. They had people trying to convince me it was what I wanted. ALL my friends and Family have asked why I went so dark with my hair The only reason I gave a small tip was the staff did see I had trouble walking after sitting for long stretches, and helped me limp around to different spots, and that is why I gave them one star,. I HATE my hair and now have to spend even more money to try to fix it somewhere else I DO NOT recommend their hair service.

This was my first time here and I was recommended by my cousin. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if they would be able to manage my coily hair but Deise was AMAZING. She was very fast and thorough and so knowledgeable about the products and gave me some tips for at home care. The price she charged was very fair and my results were worth every penny. All of the employees were very nice and welcoming especially the lady at the front desk handling check ins and payments. I will definitely be back and referring everyone I know.
