I'm greatful I purchased this I saw the difference of my skin especially my hands was so wrinkled before and now I'm not worry to wash my hands all.the time. I came to this spa through an online advertisement. At first, the cleaning was fine, but then the owner came to apply some gels with a machine that had different types of lights and started trying to sell me the machine throughout the entire treatment, over and over again. I couldn't enjoy or relax at all. Her annoyance was very obvious when I didn't buy anything. They use a facial massage offer at a good price to attract customers. I feel used.

I bought a red light laser device from a kiosk in the mall after being led into Below Zero Spa. I experienced what, in my opinion, were high pressure sales tactics and was not told the device was nonreturnable. I later learned the company that makes the red light device has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT fall for the sales pitch. It is misleading and incomplete, but boy, does the spa have its act together when one wants to contest the purchase. I have to give them that. I would never get my nails cut in this place, much less any kind of service!! The device is called Empire Tech Marvelous Signature Pro. DO NOT BUY IT. It is an overpriced scam. The fact that this spa carries it is a blight on its reputation.
