Beloved Nail Spa

I honestly don’t understand how this place has more than one star. The workstation was dirty, and the staff kept chatting loudly in their own language the entire time. The technician who did my nails cut too much around my thumbnail — it hurt a lot, and she didn’t even clean the dust after using the nail grinder. On top of that, the gel polish was applied way too thick, leaving my nails bumpy and wavy (see attached photo). I wasn’t expecting a perfect job, but this was just awful. Not clean, not friendly, and definitely not skilled.

Beautifully remodeled couple of months ago, clean clean clean, great seating, great color selections, wonderful service. Erik and Lily were kind, gracious and listened to exactly what I wanted re shaping and pedicure. I paid a bit more than my last nail place, but the cleanliness and the service are well worth it - $40 pedi and $20 mani.

I did the nails in the style I wanted, and unlike other places where problems arose after 3days, there were no issues here until I decided to change the color. I've highly recommend this one to anyone reading this. My clients have also received numerous compliments about this place, and I have recommend it to many of them. Thank you 😊

They were incredibly busy the day that I came in, but they were upfront with the wait time. I am so happy that I waited to get my nails done here! I did GelX. I went to 2 national parks, hiking, a wedding, and my nails are still going strong. I will be coming back again. They are my favorite nail salon in the area.
