I had both a manicure and pedicure done with Sima, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and so detail-oriented. I love how she takes her time to make everything look perfect, from shaping to polishing. You can really feel how much she cares about her work and her clients. My nails look absolutely beautiful, and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Sima if you want flawless results and a relaxing experience.

Today I received a classic mani + pedi w/ shellac and absolutely loved it. The salon is really clean, they play good music, and the service was superb. I did not have to wait at all and they do take walk-ins. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the awesome job the gentleman did on my nails :) P.S. They also do waxing and microblading.

Spa is very clean and welcoming. The entire team at Bello is patient. They listen, are friendly, and seem to enjoy what they do. These nails were done by Sima, the owner. My nails in this picture are 2.5 weeks old and still look great. Real nails with shellac and Sima's design.

I didn’t have the best experience. The nail techs are not seasoned/ newly trained and it shows. My nail tech kept fumbling the drill, inevitably drilling over my entire fingers. One day later my nails are chipped and two days later my big toe nail polish started coming off. I regret going and would like my money back. I called for a refund, and the owner declined— so now I will have to dispute with my bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES IN SAN ANTONIO I’M SURE OF IT. (SEE PICTURES) FURTHER I DO NOT LIVE IN THIS CITY. The merchant acknowledges the techs inexperience but keeps asking me to come back to san antonio to get it redone VERSUS a refund.

Honestly, the owner was super friendly but on the other hand .. I’ve never been to a nail salon that took 3+ hours , and have be put on pause multiple times in the middle of my service .I was told I would be good to come and when I arrived , I waited for about 45 minutes which was okay but just wanted a clearer notification.I feel my nails did not come out to the expectations enough to be $110 nor did my pedicure. I do understand everyone is learning and trying but I feel you should tell your customers what you can and cannot do .
