⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Worth every bit of it Annie was AWESOME!!! I can’t say enough good things about my Sofwave experience. From the start, the process was professional, comfortable, and clearly explained. The treatment itself was much easier than I expected — quick, tolerable, and no downtime. What really impressed me were the results. My skin looks noticeably tighter, smoother, and more lifted, especially around my jawline and face. I look refreshed, not “done,” which is exactly what I wanted. Friends have commented that I look well-rested and glowing without knowing why. If you’re looking for a non-invasive treatment that actually delivers real, natural-looking results, Sofwave is 100% worth it. I would absolutely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone on the fence.

I had Lexie do my hair and let me just say… for someone who is very picky about who touches my hair, SHE WAS AMAZING. I moved here about a year ago and have only trusted one other person to do my hair, so that says a lot. From the moment I sat in her chair, I wasn’t stressed at all. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. I trusted her so much that I basically said, “You know what? Do whatever you think is best!” (Of course with a few inspo pics for reference lol.) She absolutely nailed what I wanted. She was so welcoming, kept the conversation flowing, and made the entire experience feel effortless. This was an expensive treat for me and I received a totally mediocre facial. I chose this facial expecting customization and 80 minutes of treatment that would result in “glass skin” per the description. First, it was barely sixty minutes with more time spent on massage than skin treatments. I use an LED mask daily so think 10 minutes of that was a total waste. There was no customization or analysis provided at all. My skin looks the same as when I walked in. I have had good facials in the past, but was pretty sorry I wasted my money on this.

I was gifted a gift card to Bellezza and booked a massage. Sarah (I hope was her name) was polite and punctual while booking my appointment and to my surprise, I was able to make an appointment the next day, on a Saturday. Upon arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and immediately led me back to the waiting room where I had filled out some paperwork. The waiting room was warm and inviting with comfy chairs and a fireplace. The receptionist asked if I had wanted tea, coffee or water and if she could take my coat, all which I politely declined. Rosa, my massage therapist shortly greeted me after. She was so kind, and the deep tissue massage she gave me was heavenly.
