What a wonderful, intimate salon. I love that each chair has space around it so you can download all your things to your stylist without anyone listening. A very comfortable, not flashy, safe space. I love Kristen there!!

I've never wrote a negative review before, but here we are: This is an unprofessional salon that was a BIG MISTAKE. The owner's conduct was unprofessional. When I spoke with her in regards to my poor hair experience and the possibility of a refund, she decided to begin the phone call with, "I don't think we did anything wrong for you to deserve a refund." WHOA--PICTURE being told that when you truly feel like you've been wronged! I walked out of this business unhappy with my hair, I'm out $$$, AND I received zero apology for MY experience. I can deal with my sloppy highlighted, damaged hair. But being told this when I'm upset and feel ripped off--total disbelief. Not once did the owner apologize for my experience, and her "tone" over the phone was cold-hearted and disregarding. Sh
