Never listened to what you actually want. They almost demand higher tip. $20 haircut five dollar tip. I’ve often been told they don’t have change. They end up getting a $10 tip or more for a $20 haircut that is not what you asked for

I’ve been coming here, along with my daughter, for over a decade, but can no longer recommend this establishment. Although, I’m female, my haircut is short and can easily be done at a barbershop. I like the fact that I don’t need to make an appointment, that the price is reasonable and that they cut both men’s and women’s hair. In the past, it’s never been a problem. My daughter had her first haircut at this shop and Annie (the owner, who has the first chair) has been giving her an amazing bob-style haircut since my daughter was a toddler. Annie also started cutting my hair after my favorite barber (Jimmy) left the shop. Lately, when I’ve gone to get my haircut, Annie has not been there. The other barbers (mostly women) have refused to cut my hair, despite the style being one that they do

I've been coming to Hollin Hall for 20+ years. I've always had a good experience and I very, very rarely am disappointed. I would highly recommend. It's cash only for those who are wondering.

cut my hair wrong. pointed it out. got rude. did not even want to talk. I don't understand what their problem is. please don't waste your time or money it's sad when they know they cut it wrong and then they get upset. my hair is two different lengths. how could you not know why are you mad at me because you cut it wrong

My husband got a bad hair cut here by an older man. Then the man refused to give him change in 2 fives so he gave a $10 tip on a $20 bad haircut. He didn’t complain to him but he was so mad when he got home and said he will never go here again.
