Belle Brows & Beauty (Threading) - Northwoods Mall

It’s been about a year since I got my eyebrows threaded . I Came to get them done for my birthday and birthday cruise and the place was completely different. Different name , different people, different process but what an amazing upgrade! Esme was absolutely wonderful before I could tell her what I wanted she already told me and was right! She checked every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and loved my look. Amazing customer service! She listens pays attention and is passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. Very down to earth and so mature ! I definitely will be going back!

Horrible customer service. They literally CAN NOT do eyebrows like they are actually HORRIBLE. My man told me it doesn’t even look like I got them done… smh. & when I asked them to make changes they got offended and kick me out saying “another black girl just wants stuff for free”… ma’am the service was $12 like be real. I was still trying to pay even after being unsatisfied.. but got kicked out for telling them my eyebrows looked bad… & they cut my skin with the thread. I really wish the old people were still there cause these new people are not doing well. I predict they will not be opened up long. Also, they speak bad about clients after they leave.. the lady they services before was also not satisfied and they said really rude things about her when she left.
