The first time I came here, I informed the ladies, my eyebrows need shaping. Aftermath, was making one tail of the eyebrow short. I informed them, I didnt like it. It was free. 2nd I time, I gave them another chance and again, informed them about my previous encounter, bc I let it grow out . I was happy with it. 3rd and last time. I tried telling her about the tail at the end, bc she was in a rush. She ripped my nose ring out, no apology and didnt finish my brows. Told her I wasn't gonna pay because she took more hair out on the tail end. She made a big deal as did I, and confronted her about not apologizing after ripping out my nose ring and not even apologizing.. and when other customers were around, she plays victim.. I came back 3x, giving chances bc im a local in the area. And my reg

I had such a wonderful experience here! The lady who did my brows, Mira , is so sweet and amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the exact shape I wanted for my brows!

The customer service here is sooooo much better than “eyebrows” or whatever they call themselves at AZ Mills. Whenever I come to this shop at Chandler Mall, they’re always kind, always professional. Always on Time. They don’t open 45 minutes after opening time, and they value my business.
