Found my new stylist in Elgin! Belle Ame Beauty Co just opened under new management back in March of this year. The inside looks sleek, modern, and well kept. To enter, there are two entrances. One is through the back, in the rear parking lot (free). You then enter the building and walk down a few steps before you see the entrance. The second entrance is a bit tricky to find. You enter through the same door as the cafe next door but you fork to the right and walk down the hallway. I was lucky to find a same day appointment on Saturday. Went in for a maintenance/ hair trim and wash and had a lovely experience with the stylist, Christina. During the hair wash, you can opt in for a hot warm towel over the face. I’m so happy to have found this salon in downtown Elgin! I have been getting my hair cut by Coral for a few months now, and have been extremely impressed with her expertise in cutting and styling my curly hair. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Coral! 😊💕

I am so in love with my hair! I have never been this happy! Kayla is amazing! She is very professional and did more than what I expected! We were talking and she turned me towards the mirror after blow drying and my jaw dropped (literally) at how incredible the color and style turned out! I found my stylist and couldn’t be happier! Also the salon is beautiful and clean and no pressure to buy products or have services pushed on you! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment booked and confirmed for a specific day with hairstylist Coral. But she abruptly canceled for no reason, a few hours before the appointment. This was going to be my first visit here. But so far its been disappointing and unprofessional.
