This was my first time at this location since they closed down their Speedway salon. I signed up for a haircut late last night and got booked at 10 am this morning. I booked with Riri. I had such a great experience, as always. I came in after getting a really bad haircut somewhere else and honestly thought it couldn’t be fixed. Riri took the time to really listen to what I wanted, look at what had gone wrong, and explain what she could do to correct it. She was incredibly patient and skilled, and the transformation was amazing. She blended everything beautifully and gave me a shape that actually works with my hair instead of against it. This visit was extremely unprofessional. On the day of my scheduled appointment with Jen , it was canceled while I was already parking at the studio—only 15 minutes before my appointment time. I had arranged and paid for a sitter and made sure to be on time Although this was frustrating, I already had a deposit down and agreed to reschedule for the next day. When we returned, everything seemed fine. I was quoted a price, but at checkout I was unexpectedly charged an additional $100 with no prior warning. When I asked why, I was told it was for “extra work,” something that was never discussed or approved beforehand. I had a great experience during my hair appointment today with Lolli. I was welcomed in and greeted before I could even sit down. She offered me drinks and snacks and always checked in to see how I was doing throughout my hair coloring process. She took the time to talk to me and figure out what I really wanted which means a lot to me. She also talked to me about upkeep, after care and styling my hair. I love how my hair turned out and highly recommend her! I can't wait to go back for my touch up!!
