I had my first head spa experience with Jess yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and so pleasant. She made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting. The entire experience was beyond relaxing and I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I was there. Her technique was incredible, and you can truly tell she cares about what she does. The atmosphere was calming, and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and stress-free. My experience was absolutely amazing — super relaxing and exactly what I needed before heading back home. Jess was incredibly accommodating, fitting me in for a last-minute booking on my final day in Florida. From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done. The head spa service left my hair silky soft, and the head massage completely melted away my stress. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and perfectly prepared for my trip home. This was my second head spa treatment! I plan to make this part of my routine! This is one of the greatest things for relaxation! Jess is amazing! You know immediately that she loves what she does! She is caring and kind! After my first experience I went to get my hair done, my hair dresser saw the difference! My scalp felt amazing and my hair feels so much healthier!! I cannot recommend Jess at Bella’s Skin Bar enough! As someone with incredibly thick hair, I’m always a bit nervous about whether a specialist can truly handle the volume and provide a thorough treatment, but Jess exceeded every expectation. The Japanese Head Spa treatment is an absolute game-changer. Even with my heavy hair, she was so meticulous with the scalp analysis and the deep cleansing. The massage and halo water therapy...LOVED IT, and she didn't rush through the process. My hair feels light, clean, and manageable. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and has such a comforting energy. I think everyone should try this.

This was such a lovely experience. It was a pleasure meeting Jessica, having a great conversation with her, and also enjoying some quiet, relaxing time during the session. She has an incredibly soothing touch. I chose the head spa + mini facial, and my hair is still silky two days later! My skin looks and feels amazing.
