I booked appointment by phone a day in advance for basic hair cut and eyebrow tint with Jessica who is described as owner of the salon on booking website with multiple years experience. I thought by choosing Jessica with the years of experience and being the owner I would get great quality service with professional results. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I arrived on time (few min early). Noone was at desk for check in so I took a seat to wait. After about 30 min a stylist finally came around front and I asked her about my appointment and explained I was on lunch break and my appointment was 30 min ago. Welcomed when I walked in the door. Friendly staff. I got a color, highlights, and trim. Jessica did an amazing job and I love the outcome! Will definitely be back!

Listen, I made an appointment with Valerie for my son to get a high taper fade, when I showed it to he she said she could do it, midway through the cut she had cut it too short and I wasn't upset I just showed her the reference photo again. She said "I won't charge you the full amount, but this is a barber shop cut." She continued, "you hate it, I'll just give it to you free," I wasn't aiming for a discount or free haircut just wanted it done the way he wanted it. The way she was reacting was putting a damper on my son's view of his cut. I don't know why she was trying to embarrass me by having a melt down in a reaction to referencing the photo again. I am losing my hair and Sherry did an excellent job cutting my hair so the bald spots didn't show. I will be going back.
