Bella's Beauty Spa

A 45-minute pedicure took 15 minutes start to finish. Granted I am a male and do not require polish, but at least a buff could have been offered. Also if it is completed in 1/3 the time advertised, perhaps the full price should not be charged. Very disappointed and I definetallt do not recommended this Salon.

1). Clients that are here left because of how much time they were just waiting there when workers were doing nothing 2) Worker doing her own hair instead of focusing on clients when that should be the first priority and not getting your own hair done when you can do it on another day or just do it earlier before the client arrives 3) There were open seats yet no clients were in the seats. I would’ve put more stars but to be fair i have been here since 3 PM it is now 7 PM with only my hair washed.

They did an amazing job on my hair but my appointment was for 9am and they didn’t show up and open the salon until 9:45am- absolutely unacceptable. It’d be 5 stars if they showed up on time.

It was amazing. I truly enjoyed the service. Would highly recommend this place. 🤩

La atencion, fui a ultimo minuto. A las 6 pm y aun asi me recibieron. Me lavaron, me plancharon y me pasaron blowers. Me gusto la facilidad y la rapidez con la que lo hacen.
