I was looking for The Wax Center and after circling the area for 10 minutes, I decided to just stop into this shop to get my eyebrows done. I walked in and asked for an eyebrow wax. An older lady who said her name was Bella waved me to follow her to a back room. As I laid on the table she took my ponytail out of it's holder and draped my hair over the edge of the table (weird but ok...) She then started to wax my brows. Leaning on my hair the whole time. Then she dropped hot wax right on my eyelid/lashes! No apologies, just an "oops" noise. She then started rubbing my eye with the oil to get rid of wax. Took my mother out for a haircut and we noticed this Salon in the shopping center. So I drove up to it my mother got out of the car and went in to ask what would a haircut cost her? The Stylist said only $18.00. So my mother came back to the car and we agreed to the price. Another stylist name Paulina actually cut my mothers hair and in the end at cash out we were told it’s $25. I questioned the pricing and explained that we were told by that stylist sitting over there that the price was $18. She said no, it’s $25. I said no, we were told by her that it was $18 otherwise would would have gone somewhere else. She said something in Spanish to the other stylist and said no it’s 25.00. I said This is wrong and very upsetting. So I pulled $40.00 out of my wallet and she first took 2 one dollar

I am the type of person that just goes with a pony tale.. barely let anyone touch my hair.. I was walking by the first time when I walked by Bellas.. I asked her how much for a haircut and she told me... I was a little scared because I always just flipped my hair and cut it myself. She said come on in and I will make your beautiful.. I thought ok lets see how beautiful...She said how do you want your hair? I said I have no Idea! I just put it in a ponytail. She said I know just what to do.. Trust me.. I said OK! CLOSED as of 6/5/2021. I got a really good Brazilian blowout here a few months ago, even though they charged a different price than was on the board. I called for another one, phone is dead and I see why when I drove by - it’s closed down.

Since my wife brought me here... I've been a faithful customer.... Very friendly and respectful people... Family owned and family oriented... (I always get a candy every time I go there...😁)
