Every time I go in to get a facial done by her, she always makes sure Im comfortable and always walks me through when it comes to my skin. She is very gentle and knows her way around when it comes to teaching me every detail and benefits for each treatment. She has grown and learned so much and I will continue to keep going with her ❤️

I came to Bella Nova as a new client looking to get my first ever Brazilian wax. I messaged the owner of the spa via Instagram and was able to get scheduled that same week! Yamilex, the owner, informed of absolutely everything and calmed my nerves before even getting started. She was very kind and communicated with me about the pain, comfort, aftercare, etc. I felt welcomed and reassured throughout this entire experience. She even offered me water and snacks! I absolutely recommend this location to everyone!!!

Yamilex is an amazing aesthetician! I got a Brazilian wax and a vajacial done by her and I loved them both! The wax she used felt so silky smooth and the pain was very minimal. She was also very thorough in making sure she got every hair and took care of any ingrowns. The vajacial felt so luxurious and soothing, especially after the wax. My redness already started going down, and after the vajacial I didn’t even feel like I got waxed. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She consistently made sure I was ok and that the wax wasn’t too hot. I highly recommend her!
