I went in with long nails and said I wanted to keep the length, but somehow ended up with short nails after all the filing. The Nail Tech was irritated anytime I requested she fix something, so I stopped asking. She was pretty rough, sanding and/or filing my nail beds/cuticles to the point it was painful on several fingers. I got the dip powder overlay and my nails are different thicknesses, shaped inconsistently (some rounded, some squared, a couple are crooked, some are shorter than the rest). She also didn’t get very close to the cuticle so they already look slightly grown out.

Would not recommend went for a luxury manicure it was disappointing the service description on line is this "Luxury Manicure Service includes: nail shape, cuticle cleaning, paraffin wax, cream massage lotion, collagen glove, and polish." There is no customer service and I can do a better job at cleaning my cuticles then they did also didn't receive the paraffin wax or the collagen glove and I didn't want polish but they still charged me 35$ also the website says they give you a beverage this is also not correct. Also they say the sterilize the tools they don't my cuticles where cut with a communal cuticle cutter and they didn't even spray it with alcohol too disinfected. So I would definitely not recommend this nail shop its definitely not what it says and looks like on line. Very disappoi

Tech was nice but service was just good but I didn't leave loving the outcome. My feet really needed some love and the tech did provide! I did ask for my toe nails to not be cut short and they are way shorter than I would like. I got a gel mani for my nails and the gel polish wasn't as smooth as I'd like and the cuticles weren't cleaned up as much as I expected.

I absolutely love this place. They are so nice and peaceful. I would recommend this for your mani and pedi. Also, if you have any party's and want to do a mani and pedi, I recommend them. We did our daughter-in-law party before she married our son and the staff was amazing!

Thought by the reviews that this would be a great place to go. Boy was I wrong! I received the deluxe pedicure and manicure. I had gel on my nails, which she removed that with ONLY a drill, and it would burn on multiple fingers, when cutting my cuticles, she cut me twice on two different fingers. I’m 3 days out and they still hurt. The polish job she did was horrible, my 9 year old could have done better. So when she did my pedicure I had her leave the gel on my toes as I did not want her to take off the gel with a drill again. She rushed off to help another person. When paying, I let the gentleman know i was unhappy with the outcome of my nails. He first try to blame the color, and after the fact it was regular nail polish, but after that offered to redo them.
