I really wanted to like this place, it was clean and seemed like there were a lot of regular customers. I however I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. My pedicure was okay, I noticed after my service that other people were offered different types of pedicures that I was not offered which was upsetting because I normally like to upgrade my service. Then while I was getting my nails done I noticed the tech had gel polish. I reminded her I wanted dip nails because I had some nails that were tearing on the edges. She told me she would repair the broken nails but still do gel which I thought was odd but said okay, seems like she was more worried about getting another client ASAP. When I asked for a refund, I was told no unless he was going to cut all my nails off. To add onto that, I got laughed at for crying because the nails didn’t turn out the way they usually do and no one offered to fix them. I come here a lot, but trust me when I say I will not return.

I have been coming here for pedicures for more years than i can count. I have referred dozens of people who go there now too. Not anymore. I sat for 40 minutes with my bare feet in an empty cold basin. I asked for help to get chair adjusted and was ignored by 2 enployees, a male and a female. Owner did not appear to be present. Additionally, there was a group of 3 women seated in different areas of the salon SHOUTING their at personal conversations to each other disturbing the other customers and staff did NOTHING to discourage their disruptive behavior. This is no longer the place to go if you want an attentive, comfortable, or relaxing experience. I had to walk out to warm my feet in my car. I paid $95 last month for my signature gel pedicure.
