I am totally in love with this place!! I did the Keep it Glowing facial and it was so great! Dio was so knowledgable - always told me what she was doing throughout the process, how I could help my acne, wrinkles, etc. She was so sweet and professional, and quick to reply and fit me in. I'm so grateful to have come across this place and cannot wait to come back!!

I am writing this review with a lot of hesitation. Not because Dio isn't the best thing that's ever happened to my face but because I know she's Miami's best kept skin care secret, nestled in a Coral Gables beauty suite mall . Her customer service is outstanding (I don't have to call to make an appointment and can do it online? Count me in). She guides you through every step of the process and provides you with realistic expectations and follow up care. She gives you the option of a "play by play" or a silent treatment. As someone who's skin care routine is (was!) nonexistent, I opted for the commentary. It comforting to hear what she's doing, how it should feel and what's happening. Hearing that the tingling is normal, that the gentle zapping is disinfecting your pores and that extractio

dio is AMAZING at what she does and her skincare advice is always the best. her facials make a noticeable difference and i’ve seen major improvements after using the products she has recommended (everything she has available for purchase is top tier). she always makes u feel comfortable and relaxed in her space; i’d recommend her to anybody, especially people who need extractions since she is so gentle but thorough.
