Well I'm not going to lie I have been wanting to try one of these ever since I saw that cheesy sci-fi movie 'Altered States' with William Hurt. Of course this was no bizarre science experiment, I just wanted to try to see if it was as relaxing as people say and it did not disappoint. When my hour in the float tub was up I would have guessed only 20 to 30 minutes have passed, and I'm ready to go home and sleep for about 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

This was my first ever Float Pod therapy session and it was really great! I’m slightly claustrophobic and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the experience, but I was very surprised at how spacious it felt inside the pod. It was very relaxing and I will definitely be back.

This is literally the perfect place to relax! Obsessed with the Sauna and definitely will be using more when the temperature outside starts to drop. And love the massage chairs after sitting in front of a computer! 10/10

I've been using the float pod once a week and absolutely love it! I've noticed my body takes less time to recover after workouts because of the pod.

Spent the morning at Bella Vita. Feeling so much better. The atmosphere is also amazing.
