Unfortunately I'm here to say my experience wasn't what I hoped for. Jasmine serviced my eye lashes and basic eyebrow maintenance. Upon entering she didn't introduce herself or greet me appropriately. I thought she was the receptionist. And my name is not 4:00 o'clock. There was no explanation of what to expect, where to place my belongings and just overall unwelcoming. The time it took, I would think I would've had better results but not the case. Not only were the lash extentions subpar, she left a small bruise on my eyelid when servicing my eyebrows. I now have to wait for this to heal. I honestly could have went to a nail saloon and paid so much less for better results. I think we pay for the aesthetics of the place which are comfortable. If you’re thinking about booking with KB, do it! She did a fabulous job on my eyebrows! She really listened to what I wanted, took her time, and shaped them perfectly. She was so nice and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. My brows have never looked better — she truly has an eye for detail and knows how to enhance your natural shape without overdoing it. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending her to everyone I know!

I recently got my eyebrows done by Kat, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She’s super professional, gentle, and really takes her time to make sure your brows come out perfect. The shape and detail are exactly what I wanted I highly recommend everyone book with her! 💕

I’ve been going to this salon for over two years. The salon itself is clean, comfortable and beautiful. I have gotten my lashes done by a few different girls here due to scheduling conflicts on my part (my work schedule is outrageous lol) and all of the lash techs I have had were magnificent! I am always getting compliments on my lashes. I recommend this salon to everyone!

A friend referred me here because I wanted to get my lashes done for my birthday. Dalena did them and she was great; very patient and careful with my sensitive eyes. Although I had to come back that Sunday after getting them done on Friday, she replaced those few lashes that fell out no problem. I love them and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. The shop is very nice and calming, perfect environment for this type of service.
