I have been going here since we moved here to tan and sandy and Jennifer are great people. I scheduled to have my hair highlighted blonde and they set me up with Linda, an older lady and she swore she was good with blonde. NO she is NOT after turning my hair solid white, some kind of greyish white and then after three hours tells me I’m just going to have to leave it because it was ruining my hair she also said well it’s just hair. I cried! Then they still charged me 130. Jennifer offered to put in some gold to try to tone it which I appreciate but it didn’t help. I had to wait six weeks, go to Laura at The Look in Springdale to get it fixed. ( She did a wonderful job btw Highly recommend). We still tan here because it’s close and the price is good but I would not allow anyone but J

Regina was wonderful. I brought her a mess of curls, frizz, and overall yuckiness and she patiently cleaned it all up and offered tips to handle daily. She even offered to correct anything I might find that I didn't like the next day. I'll for sure return and I highly recommend her!

Appointment was made with one stylist but salon changed it to a different stylist (Regina) without notice. Appointment was for a perm. Granted, never should have gone through with it after the salon did the bait and switch, but it happened. Regina did a TERRIBLE perm, and showed reluctance to take any responsibility for it. Not even a partial refund offered. If you are looking for a trustworthy salon that will be honest with scheduling and stylist capabilities, this is not it.

Very friendly and helpful with reasonable prices! I called on short notice and they got me in right away. Alyssa was thoughtful, easy to talk to and genuinely concerned about making sure that I felt good before leaving. I found a new salon and stylist for sure.

I haven’t been to a salon in years because of a previous bad experience, but Alyssa was so patient and really listened to what I wanted. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the length she took off. Can’t recommend enough, thanks Alyssa!
