The braider has poor communication skills and is unprofessional. I’ve gone back and forth for a year to get my hair braided which she couldn’t due to unforeseen circumstances at the original appointment, which is totally understandable. I kept asking for an appointment just to get ignored. I finally ask for the set of braids I’ve been promised since July 2024 in November of 2024 and she does a quick weave instead due to the type of event but still promised the braids whenever I wanted them. Recently, I’ve asked for the set of braids again but kept getting no response. I’ve asked for refunds through this process but I’ve been told that it’s been a year and that she would braid me regardless.
