This was a disappointing experience. I came in with clear, thoughtful requests: very subtle brunette highlights for natural dimension, and long layers that would preserve the length I had spent 8 years growing. Unfortunately, the final result did not reflect what we discussed. The highlights came out brassy and poorly blended, especially around the face, and 3–5+ inches of my hair were cut without checking in. Even the junior stylist questioned the stylists cutting technique. What was more upsetting, though, was how management handled the situation. Rather than listening to what actually happened, the focus seemed to be on preserving the salon’s reputation and money. $95 for gel x nails with two finger nail art. Nail tech was very pleasant, but nails started to pop off after 2 days. Tried contacting management via multiple channels for a resolution. They have not responded. It has been over 3 weeks now. Salon looks clean, nail tech followed proper higiene, but management is very unresponsive.

I’ve been trying to get a haircut for 2 weeks now, I made an appointment, get there, told to sit and wait, 5 mins later they tell me my person I booked (Cheryl) with won’t be there for another hour so I left, I then get a text saying thy can reschedule me with a complimentary haircut which I thought was a nice gesture. Well now a week later, morning of my new appointment, I get a call that they have to re schedule again because now this lady (Trisha) called out and didn’t show up to work. I only have so much time in the week to schedule a haircut so huge inconvenience. Free haircut sounds nice if anybody actually showed up to cut my hair. As Bill Parcells once said “The best ability is availability” which this place clearly does not have. I’m done trying now with this place just going some

I had an outstanding massage experience. Jon was highly professional and his extensive experience provided great relief to areas of tension. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic relief. I left feeling stress free and rejuvenated.  Highly recommended.
