I had a great experience with Chelsey, she helped me cover some really chunky highlights that my previous hairstylist did that I really wasn’t loving, and she was so understanding of my concerns around budget and upkeep. She did a very thorough consult appointment, and I really felt heard, which I hadn’t in previous experiences with stylists elsewhere. I absolutely love the way it looks and she delivered on what I’d originally wanted, highly recommend Chelsey for color with South Asian hair, since she really knows what she’s doing!

This experience happened years ago, yet I still remember every detail, and I even have a photo of the place. I’m writing this review because every time conversations come up about salons and hair, this memory comes back — and it still upsets me. I was very young at the time, and this was only my third time ever visiting a salon. I did not feel respected or valued. The stylist working on me left me in the middle of the service, went to attend to other clients, and told me to dry my own hair myself. She handed me a blow dryer and walked away. I felt embarrassed, confused, and invisible. Despite this treatment, I still left a $20 tip because I was young and didn’t know how to stand up for myself. It mattered then, and now it stands as a warning for others about what should never be accepta

So happy I discovered Bella Sirena and Chelsey. I'd been searching for a while for a new salon and stylist for a while, after my stylist of 20+ years retired. I was so fortunate to have such a talented stylist for so long, my expectations are admittedly probably along the lines of ridiculous. Well, Chelsea delivered on my first visit. She listened and when I showed her an inspiration pic, which was of my fave hair color from a few years ago, she was totally willing to work to achieve it. And she did. She's like, oh, that's a pink gloss. Who knew? My hair looks stunning and she's explained to me that I don't need my highlights touched up every month as I did for years. Just a gloss, toner. I just had the most wonderful experience at Bella Sirena. I had a horrible haircut at a different salon and on the recommendation of a friend was lucky enough to get an appointment with Cherese. She managed to fix my botched hair ( I thought at best I would leave with something I could tolerate and I absolutely LOVE it) and made it a style I can enjoy and feel pretty in while it grows out. Everything about the appointment from start to finish was just perfect. I cannot recommend this salon and Cherese enough. Front desk staff were also so lovely helpful! Great experience! I got a keratin treatment by Chelsey and she did an amazing job and was so friendly. This is the best keratin treatment I have had. Emily was amazing as well! She is so helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about hair! She has helped me figure out which treatment I need and how to take better care of my hair. She does an amazing job with hair extensions and will be very informative with what’s best for your hair type.
