My wife and I loved this place because of Lauren (who is very nice and good at their job) so we called back and made an appointment for 2 people. My wife called multiple times and left numerous voicemails about how we wanted Lauren to cut our hair. Besides the point, we went to our appointment and Kelly was extremely disrespectful, rude, and discriminatory towards us. She claimed we left no such voicemail and that “this isn’t good” and (my wife has a slight accent) said that she “can’t understand anything she’s talking about”. She said how we inconvenienced her and how we didn’t say anything about Lauren even when we did! And we left her those voicemails. Lauren should consider establishing their own practice because Kelly is awful!

she took great care to listen to what kind of look I wanted to achieve. After I showed her some photos and talked a bit more about my idea. the results have been stunning, and exactly to my asking!

I've been going to Kelly for many years and I'm never disappointed. She makes magic with her hairstyling talents. And she always makes herself available on my needs. She's the best! And it's a pleasure going to the beautiful salon; so clean, bright, and charming! And, parking space is abundant, as another plus!!
