I have always had the best experience at this salon! Vivian went above and beyond to help me fix my nails today from some work that wasn’t done by them. Not only did she listen to exactly what I wanted, she perfected the idea. Every employee at this salon is so personable and make you feel right at home. I would recommend them 1000 times over!

Walked in for a fill in and was immediately sat down. The tech went ABOVE and beyond and perfected my set. Best experience overall. Will never go anywhere else!

I walked in without an appointment and was immediately sat down. The nail artist did exactly what I wanted and was so kind. I was in and out within an hour.

Worst experience ever!!!! I had been there before and they were great.. Waited in waiting area for over 30 mins then was told to sit in Pedicure chair.. Walked over took my socks and shoes off. Employee walked away, no water, no massage, no NOTHING!!!! Sitting uncomfortably barefoot, feet hanging off the sides because there is no bag or water, people staring.. Sat there like that for another 20-25 mins and it was like I wasn't even there!!! Got up walked out went to LUXURY NAIL LOUNGE, instant service there & QUEEN TREATMENT!!!
