Absolute disappointment. I left feeling like we were scammed. I took my 5 year old daughter and I to get our nails done. All she did was grab nail polish out and paint her nails for a manicure and pedicure. She didn’t do nail shaping, lotion, cuticles, or anything special treatment or even basic and still charged me $58 for her alone. I even asked to clarify and she said yes that was the correct cost. I spent $158 for 3 basic nail polish and 1 gel luxury pedicure. Large waste of money and nothing special other than convince to our home. Lots of other nail places around that could have made this experience more special for my daughter where $58 would have felt worth it.

Upsating my review....After visiting via email with the store manager, we agreed that I would receive a gift card from the salon. I do appreciate the fact that she listened and did respond. I was visiting family in the area and 3 of us went to get a pedi. The technician asked if we wanted gel polish. 2 of us said no and the other person did want gel. When I paid for my service it was $58 which I thought was out of line for a basic pedi with basic polish but I paid and tipped based on the amount charged. Later I checked the website and found that apparently I received gel polish and was charged an up-charge of $20 for gel polish. I have came here multiple times and it’s been good! I came today with my husband, and I had Mindy. She was AMAZING! My nails are legit perfect and she did an incredible job!! I’m so happy with how they turned out and I will be booking only with Mindy from now on!!!

I absolutely love Bella Nails! I have been getting my nails done here for 8+ years and will never go anywhere else. They are so welcoming and always bring my Pinterest nail dreams to life. Here a a few photos of my favorite nails that Yen and her husband have done for me.

This was my first visit and Vickiy did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure. The shape was perfect and the finish was like glass. The shop was so peaceful and relaxing. I have a new nail home. Thank you Vicky.
