DO NOT STOP HERE!!! I visited this nail salon for the first time today with my granddaughter, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. We waited nearly two hours to be seen. I understand we did not have an appointment, but the staff was moving extremely slowly. After deciding to stay, it quickly became clear that the delay was due to employees working at a snail’s pace. When we were finally seated for our pedicures, my water was lukewarm and my granddaughter’s was ice cold — and I truly mean ice cold. It felt like there were ice cubes in it. When I alerted the staff, one technician dipped her finger in the water, said something to another employee, and they removed the liner and drained the tub — without saying a single word to us. My daughter and I have gone together to Bella's three times now. Two full acrylic sets. Two pedicures and today two fills. At each visit everyone has been so friendly and we have been very happy with each experience and results. But today I just had to leave a review because I made a very specific request for black french nails with white 3d art ( I had seen picture on Pinterest. Lol) and just look at how absolutely beautiful my nails turned out. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting pedicures every month for 30 years. Last time I went here. About a week after I noticed my right big toe nail was pushing into the side of my toe. I went back to have them trim the nail back because it was painful. The man in charge advised me that they not only wouldn’t fix the one nail, they don’t cut in grown nails. “You need to go to the doctors” this was not a horrible nasty ingrown nail. Simply the nail was trimmed properly. Won’t be back. Very disappointing as you can see in the photo my nails are healthy and would not have been a big deal to trim the right side of the nail

I feel like I just get ripped off. $92 for a new set of nails with a design. This is my first and last time going here. The stuff they put on your nails, burns and hurts. I asked for a seahawk design and had a picture to show her. The lady did the best she could. The nails them self are really bad and hurt. I was going to hi-tech for longest time but I thought they were getting too expensive. So I tried a different salon boy was I wrong. I had never paid $92 for a set of nails at hi-tech.
