Bella Nails and Spa

Update: Went in a week later after 6 nails total were bubbled and they corrected these nails for free. I have since returned multiple times and not had an issue. Be sure to point out any imperfections and tip accordingly. They are always busy but do their best to accommodate even groups last minute. Not impressed this is my 2nd time at Bella Nails and both times the end product was dissapointing. The 1st time the nail technician nicked one of the finished nails and didn't correct it. 2nd time the technician leaned over my finished nails and rippled the paint on 3 nails and didn't bother to correct it. I pointed out these imperctions each time only to be ignored. The nails are lumpy and bumpy instead of smooth. The color looks swirled where a top coat was placed over the damaged color. I w

I've been coming to Andy & Katie's nail bar, before it was even a nail bar (they had a tiny table at Walmart near the entryway.) They always treat me with kindness and respect. They were the only ones who would do my nails almost 20years ago.

I've had some really great experiences there. And some not so great. But yesterday was the worst. I was getting a gel manicure over my natural nails. They searched all over for the color I picked, then brought over a color and said it'd be "similar", which I wasn't concerned about. While prepping my cuticles he made a finger bleed. I was jumping at it and he kept going. The same thing to another finger but so much worse. He continued to spray it with alcohol to try and stop the bleeding, and then blot the blood away to continue. He started to use the color but was holding my hand in a way I couldn't see until 3 fingers in. I absolutely hated the color. Not anywhere close to what I picked. But I was already so frustrated about my finger bleeding, I just sat there. They're my natural nails a

--' After getting denied elsewhere, after being told to come in, Bella nails took my 3 yr old daughter and I in st the last minute, without having an appointment, while being extremely busy the day before Christmas eve. I even had an issue paying afterwards & they were extremely patient & more than willing to help me in every way. Great people, great service, and great work! My first time here & most certainly will not be the last! Highly recommend!

I want to Thank Katie for the Amazing job she did with my nails. I have an injured thumb nail which is very disfigured. Katie took the time to make it look like all my other nails. She used some type of gel/paste to shape the nail. It was amazing to watch the transformation. Then she did the ombre color on my nails. Such a fabulous job. Thank you again Katie for the Beautiful nail job. I sure hope I get you next time I come in.
