Bella Nails and Spa

So disappointed in my nails. I had to guide her the entire time on how to shape them they’re still all different shapes. They said 50 and up for a full set all I got was almond with a plain gel color and when I go to leave they charged me 65 I asked what the extra 15 dollars was for and they said shape and length everywhere else I go is 50 dollars even for this exact same thing. I couldn’t even imagine what the price would be for actual extra on your nails. Like I said I had to guide her for almost 2 hours for my nails to look half decent. My pedicure was okay but 65 for a pedicure without even a callus removal??? WAY WAY WAY over priced. And they clearly have hidden fees because no where else are these nails 65. Won’t be back again

I walked into Bella Spa and I was greeted immediately. The 1st thing I noticed is that it smelled fresh. Not heavy with chemicals. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Annie (with the glasses) was my tech. Annie was Amazing. She took her time and was very gentle. She got my feet softer than they have been in forever! The polish colors were Gorgeous and the prices were better than what I had been paying for much less service. The chairs were Amazing! Very plush with lots of options, including heat! So happy I found this place and I will be back!

Nice people, wonderful atmosphere and they do a great job. I would recommend the salon to anyone who wants to get their nails done.

First time here, got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The cost was about $10 more than what I normally pay in San Bernardino. However, you definitely get what you pay for; And I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Tina and Tom. It seems they care about the work that they do and I felt like they wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I will definitely be going back as it's worth the drive and every cent I paid. Not to mention the shop was clean, they had good hospitality offering water and great conversation.

I had an extremely damaging experience at this salon. I went in to have my gel extensions removed, and the technician aggressively filed down my nails, leaving them painfully thin, brittle, and extremely sensitive. My nail beds are ruined, and it will take months for them to recover. This was not just poor service—it was unsafe and negligent. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice before trusting them with your nails.
