To clarify, I actually left the salon at 6:10, almost a full hour before the poster closing time of 7, so it was not “last minute” as you claim and nobody stayed late to please me. Yes I did not get my nails done here originally, I came to you because my normal salon closed and I was looking for a new salon to take my business to. 2 days after the removal, 7 out of 10 nails now have bruising, are extremely sensitive, and paper thin. This will take months to heal, as I’m sure a professional can tell from the photos I’ve attached. Given this experience and the response to my honest review, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I absolutely love my visits at Bella Nails. From the moment I walk in I am warmly welcomed. They make you feel like family. The staff is very professional, friendly and the salon is immaculate. They are very talented and precise and the nail art is outstanding. I have been to many salons in the area and this by far is the best. I highly recommend them if you want exceptional service.

Very disappointed. Went there today, This was supposed to be a treat to boost my spirits as I’ve been down lately. It did the total opposite. This is my second time going here. Nails aren’t a uniform shape or size. Some of the tips aren’t even glued to the tip of the real nail. She gave me acrylic when I asked for a gel set, some nails have sharp edges. They’re shorter than they were supposed to be. I could tell she was clearly rushing and then outwardly huffed and puffed when I told her the ombré powder line was to fat. I don’t have the money to have them taken off and redone so I’m just stuck with them I guess. Not mad just very disappointed

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Recommended by my girlfriend. I go every three weeks or so for UV gel manicure and regular pedicure. MInh is excellent!! All of the manicurists at Bella Nails are very good and they are friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this nail salon and prices are very reasonable as well!!

Since I started going to Bella Nails, I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. Minh is so sweet and very patient. She works with so much care and dedication. The entire staff is incredibly. Excellent service and perfect nails. I love it!
