10000/10 experience with Nadie!! Absolutely amazing nail tech who isn't afraid to experiment new styles. She gave me these beach inspired nails for July she knew I was going to the beach and then a cool airbrushed multicolored chrome design for an end of summer look. :)

Just walked out and very disappointed Honestly the WORST mani / pedi i have ever gotten Not sure if the girl was an apprentice but they should not be charging reg prices for this kind of work.

First time here ! Everything I love about this place 🥰Let talk about the ambiance of this place very elegant & clean ! Receptionist very professional, outstanding customer service and nice sorry I forgot your name 😩 forgive me ! Nadine my technician she’s awesome very polite she’s amazing!

It was my first & last time giving this place business. From how I was greated at the door, to the service feeling rushed, my nail tech being annoyed & then the bad talking of the tech that previously did my nails (apparently the owners here own the nail salon I was coming from as well..Elegance??) My nails were a 8/10 when I got there and I left a 4/10. I had to buy a nail filer to fix the shape to feel better. Here I am 4 days later and they look like they are weeks old due to a sloppy gel polish application. Mind you I saw the MANAGER. Terrible client experience. It was made clear that it was my fist visit - you'd think they would want to make a good impression? That's not their goal here and if I could give zero stars I would.

Today was my first time at Bella Nails, and I had an awesome experience. I took off an old set of acrylics and put on a new set, painted with a Halloween theme. They came out perfect thanks to Kelly. I will definitely be going back.
