My husband and I have been coming here for years. The service is exceptional. The friendly employees always remember us and greet us like old friends. We get dip manicures (even my husband) and occasionally pedicures and we always leave satisfied. The price is very reasonable and the atmosphere is so pleasant. Love the new pedicure massage chairs! Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures regularly for years at Bella, but no more. Over time some of the manicure stations have become dirty as well as the apron on my technician. Most importantly over the past year they stopped courtesy calling me to tell me when they were running behind. Every single appointment (I’m there 2x a month) has run at least 15 minutes late and the last time I waited for 45 minutes. Also, the prices change every time I get a regular gel manicure. I cannot recommend Bella.

This place needs new management. They frequently run behind time and expect you to be understanding. That was often my experience, but I don’t come to the nail salon to be stressed out, so I usually just waited patiently. I once waited an hour. However, I was about 15 minutes late for my most recent appointment due to traffic and the manager yelled at me and fussed at me the entire time I was being serviced. I was completely embarrassed and chastised in front of everyone. I’m a hard-working adult and getting my nails done is my one moment of respite and self-care. I’ve been their customer for over 3 years, but my recent experience has completely changed how I feel about this place. I had a gel mani and pedi done on Friday, and by Sunday the polish had already started peeling off. I went back on Monday to get two nails fixed, which they did—but that same night, another one peeled off. When I returned again to have it fixed, the man at the front desk (unfortunately, I don't know his name) was extremely rude. He shouted at me and gave me a very dismissive attitude, acting like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat loyal customers. The quality of service has gone downhill, and after this experience, I will not be returning.

So, I usually LOVE it here. And I still do. I will continue to go to this salon but I will make sure to request that I DO NOT have Shauntay (not sure of the spelling) as my nail tech. Today was the second time I've had her and both times have been bad experiences, today being the worst. I left with multiple lacerations on my cuticles, she chipped the nails off with the electric filer and acted annoyed to have to redo them, my toenail polish doesn't cover my entire nail, but worst of all is she was sooo aggressive and not gentle at all. When she used scissors to cut the tips down, she literally snipped the actual tip of my fingers too on two different fingers. I was borderline in tears when she did my dip manicure.
