Bella Lash Boutique

I normally don’t do reviews but I just had to for this place. Melissa worked her magic with my eyelashes!! She went over different looks and I explained to her what look I was trying to achieve and she did exactly that. I’ve been going to her for a little over month now. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. It’s clean, professional, friendly staff. I’m in love with my lashes thanks to Melissa.

I had a great experience at Bella Lash Boutique. Elaine was kind and respectful. My lash lady was super sweet as well. She worked efficiently and I was very happy with my lashes. This boutique has excellent customer service, and my expectations were met. I am from Sacramento, so that should say something about how pleased I am with their lash work.This boutique is also very accommodating. Perfect place to come get your lashes done ladies, highly recommend it!

My lash artist is Alex. She is amazing. I've had problems in the past from other lash extensions but Alex is a pro and very nice. She always makes sure the lashes look just the way I want them. I get basically classic lashes and my natural lashes are very sparse as I am 63 years old. She makes them look beautiful. She takes her time and is efficient and a very pleasant, nice person!

Eileen made an appointment with me to do my eyebrows. I was on time for the appointment. She has no receptionist. After 6 minutes I asked a woman in the back if Eileen was there. She said she would be right with me. After 20 minutes waiting I went to my car. Eileen came banging on my car window, opened my car door and told me that I had cancelled my appointment. I said I had not canceled and she showed me a message from another person with my name. I asked her if she had two people with my name scheduled at the same time and date. She did not answer me. Unprofessional and odd. She started brow beating me and said it’s 2022 and no one has a receptionist. It’s fine with me as long as the salon has the person text or come right out at the appointed time to bring me into their room. Eil

They switch you from tech to tech. Never throw same person to do ur lashes. One wont do what the other will. Employees considered before client. I'm an African American woman. Gone here 4 times and each time I was never made feel comfortable. Only like I was some sort of burden because I knew what I wanted going in. Business is business. If I'm paying for a service, I should get that service. The owner is most unfriendly unless you're caucasian. I do not recommend.
