My Wife had very bad service at this location, we live an hour away and Delfina was very unprofessional. My wife called and asked if she could come in to buy a sunscreen lotion and Delfina told her she could come in on Monday she called Delfina when she was on her way and Delfina said if she could give her an hour so My wife ran some errands on that side of town while she waited an hour and half passed and she hadn't heard from Delfina so she called her and she wouldn't answer when she returned her call she said that she was in Fort worth and she had things to do my wife was quite shocked with her response she could have let her know she couldn't meet up. She apologized and asked if she could meet the next day at 12 so she sent my daughter but when she arrived Delfina said she didn't have

Delfina was unprofessional told me to meet her several times at her shop and she was never there I finally was able to meet with her daughter so I could buy a bella kara product from her.
